On June 13th, 2014, 624 held a demonstration for a group of about 225 Cub Scouts in Sugarland. The team brought the 2012 robot, Panzer, and the 2013 robot, Thor, and showed off their various capabilities of frisbee and basketball scoring. We even shot some basketballs into the crowd! Afterwards, 624 held a question and answer period about the robots, team, and program of FIRST. The event was a success, insiring many young students to be excited about robotics and engineering.
