With school starting up, Team 624 took part in the Cinco Ranch High School, Roundup and Fish Camp, where freshman and returning students tour the school, pick up schedules, and learn about clubs and other various student activities. At team 624’s booth, team members showed off robots from our last two seasons, Brimstone and Gravity, and last season’s Reveal Video.
Incoming freshmen were introduced to past years’ robots, who appeared starstruck a they watched. CRyptonite piqued the interest of everyone at Fish Camp, It was a great opportunity for experienced team members to meet and answer questions.
Our team flyers quickly disappeared, and over 80 students signed up to learn more!Including returning team members, Team 624 boasts 120 members. CRyptonite  kicks off the season with a successful two days of spreading STEM and the spirit of FIRST throughout the school.
