Frank Lombard, Vice President of the Katy Area Economic Development Council, invited Team 624 to the group’s monthly meeting on September 16th to present a robotics demonstration and overview of the robotics programs in Katy ISD. Students presented information about our program and also gave attendees from the business community a close-up look at a few of our competition robots. This unique opportunity gave the community a chance to hear about robotics and how STEM related activities enhance KISD.
